Coaching Services
All coaching at Seen & Held is rooted in relational attunement — a way of working that prioritizes presence, clarity, and psychological safety. This approach supports both personal and professional contexts, helping individuals and leaders make sense of complexity and respond with greater alignment and care.
Here are the ways we can work together. You don’t have to know exactly what you need yet. Each session is shaped around what feels most important for you in the moment.
Intro/ Exploration Session
(20-30 minutes)
A virtual session offered to new clients who want to explore whether coaching with me feels like the right fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, what support might look like, and what you’re hoping to shift or understand. This is a gentle, low-pressure starting point — just a space for us to meet, connect, and see what feels aligned.

Single Session Individual Coaching
(60 minutes)
My work as a coach is rooted in relational attunement — creating a space where you can feel seen, steadied, and supported as you sort through what’s really happening inside and around you. Individual coaching offers a place to slow down, clarify what matters, and move forward in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
Fee $150 per session
Sessions are available virtually (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). In-person sessions may be available locally, depending on distance and availability, for clients within roughly a 10-mile radius of Tacoma, WA. Sessions take place in mutually agreed-upon public locations such as parks or quiet coffee shops. I do not offer in-home sessions at this time.
6-Session Individual Coaching Series
(60 minutes per session)
A longer-term coaching container for deeper, ongoing support. A series gives us space to build rapport, create trust, and return to the threads that matter most. Six sessions create a natural rhythm — enough time for clarity, inner shifts, and practical changes to take shape in a steady, sustainable way. This container allows us to work in progression rather than isolated moments, supporting insight, integration, and gently unfolding change. There is no expectation to have everything figured out before beginning — we move at a pace that feels steady and supportive.
Rate: $840 for six sessions ($140 per session, saves $60 compared to single sessions).
The 6-session series is designed to offer consistent support and momentum. Sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase to help maintain continuity and ensure the work unfolds in an intentional, supportive way.Sessions are available virtually (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). Dementia Support & Consulting
Support for families, caregivers, and care teams navigating dementia who are seeking thoughtful, creative, and human-centered approaches to care.
These consultations focus on understanding the person behind the diagnosis, identifying relational and environmental stressors, and developing practical strategies that honor dignity, safety, and connection. Sessions offer a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and explore next steps with clarity and compassion.
This work is informed by years of supporting people living with dementia in finding moments of connection, meaning, and safety — and helping caregivers slow down enough to see the whole person beyond the diagnosis. These experiences shape a way of working that is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real caregiving realities.
Dementia support consultations may include:
Making sense of challenging behaviors and changes in communication
Identifying unmet needs and the underlying messages behind behaviors
Adapting care approaches to real-life family dynamics and environments
Helping caregivers create meaningful activities and moments of connection for the person with dementia
Exploring creative solutions when “standard advice” doesn’t fit
Supporting caregivers in regulation, communication, and decision-making
This offering is non-clinical and does not replace medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care. It is designed to complement existing care and provide relational support for those holding complex caregiving roles.
Fee:
$150 for a 60-minute consultation
Group consultations for families or care teams are available by request. Scope and pricing are determined based on group size and needs.
